Gail Abrahamson's Baked Lamb Chops

Here is Gail's favorite recipe for baked lamb chops.  Thanks for sharing, Gail.

Line a shallow baking dish with foil.  Wash lamb chops but do NOT dry.  Salt and pepper each well.  Place chops on a bed of fresh mint.  Place one drop of olive oil on each chop.  Place rosemary sprigs around the chops and include some fresh rosemary atop each chop.  Cover tightly.  Bake at 350 until desired level of doneness.  Serve with taboulleh or rice pilaf and salad.
